You may be wondering if therapy is right for you. I believe that therapy can be beneficial for anyone. Whether you’re struggling with something that is difficult or pursuing personal growth, there are therapeutic approaches that can help you reach your goals. We can work together to get clarity about your goals for therapy. From there we can collaborate on the best approach to meet your unique needs.
You can trust me to bring my authentic self into our work together. Compassion and genuine engagement guide my interactions. I am also committed to practicing in a way that is culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to work with individual adults. I also draw from lived experience with loss, life transitions, and complex family systems. I would be honoured to connect with you to see if I am the right person to support you on your therapeutic journey.
